What are your shipping options?
We currently only ship to UK
Mainland UK DHL Express – Next day delivery (if ordered before 12pm) – £5.95
Standard express delivery (3-5 working days) – £3.95
Free shipping over £50
Scottish Highlands Remote areas such as Northern Ireland may be delayed by 1-2 days

How long does it take to dispatch my order?
Please allow 5-7 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) for our small (but very hard-working!) team to dispatch your order.

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we don’t accept international orders yet. However, we’re working hard to change that!

What is your returns policy?
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return at hello@pixieandpeach.co.uk.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note the liability of postage return costs is with the customer, not Pixie & Peach.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. The liability of postage return costs is with the customer, not Pixie & Peach.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United Kingdom, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
