How long does it take to dispatch my order?

Please allow 5-7 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) for our small (but very hard-working!) team to dispatch your order

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately we don’t accept international orders yet. However, we’re working hard to change that!

What is your returns policy?

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return at hello@pixieandpeach.co.uk.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note the liability of postage return costs is with the customer, not Pixie & Peach
