Where do you ship to?

We offer international shipping to most countries and regions worldwide.
If your location may be subject to limited courier coverage or delivery restrictions, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@pixieandpeach.co.uk before placing your order to confirm availability.

Where do you ship from?

To ensure efficient and timely delivery, orders are dispatched from our international warehouses, which are strategically located in different regions.
The dispatch location is automatically determined based on your destination country and stock availability. As a result, orders to different countries may be shipped from different fulfilment centres.

What are your shipping options?

We work with a trusted network of logistics partners, including Royal Mail, DHL, Evri, FedEx, and YunExpress.
The courier used for each order is selected according to parcel size, weight, destination, and the most reliable delivery option available at the time of dispatch.

Orders with a total value of £50 or above qualify for free standard shipping.

For orders below £50, a flat shipping fee of £5.99 will apply.

Shipping fees, where applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

How long does it take to dispatch my order?

Under normal circumstances, orders are delivered within 5–8 working days, excluding remote areas or locations with extended transit times.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier network, customs procedures, and other external factors. While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, courier operations, or unforeseen events.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your order details and tracking information.
You can use the tracking link provided to monitor your parcel’s progress.
If you do not receive a confirmation email or tracking details within a reasonable time, please contact our Client Services team for support.

What happens if I’m not at home when delivery is attempted?

If you are not available when the courier attempts delivery, your parcel may be left in a secure location at your property (for example, a porch or behind a gate).
Alternatively, the courier may leave it with a neighbour or reattempt delivery at a later time, depending on their policy.
